To respond to requests, provide and improve the platform, personalize experiences for employees on behalf of our customers, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Customer data
When we process employee data for a customer, we act on that customer’s instructions and under a data processing agreement. Customers control what data is connected and what the AI can do with it.

We use role-based access controls, encryption and audit logging to protect information, and we review our practices regularly.
